We are a technology platform connecting users with licensed attorneys. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. This policy applies to the data we collect through the application/website and support services.

2) Types of Data We Collect

-- Account Data: Name, email/phone, country/city, interface language.
-- Case Data (from the user): Brief description, legal category, estimated budget, attachments provided voluntarily.
-- Professional Profile Data (from the attorney): Name, registration/license number, licensing body, specialties, experiences, professional news they choose to publish.
-- Technical Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, security identifiers, error logs.
-- In-App Transaction Data: Purchasing points, offer dates, questions, and acceptance.
-- In-App Communications: Questions/offers until acceptance. After acceptance, communication moves outside the platform as per the choice of both parties.

3) Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

-- Operating the service, opening accounts, and enabling contact between the user and attorney (execution of the user agreement/user consent).
-- Payments/billing for attorneys and managing points (execution of the relationship/accounting obligation).
-- Improvement, security, and preventing abuse (legitimate interest/legal obligations).
-- Operational communication and alerts (execution of the relationship).
-- Optional marketing with separate, revocable consent at any time without affecting operational messages.

4) Rights of Individuals

You have the right to access your data, correct/update it, request its deletion when no longer needed or upon withdrawal of consent, and object/restrict processing within legal limits. We provide easy mechanisms within the application or through contact with us.

5) Disclosure and Sharing

-- We share data as necessary with our service providers (hosting, payment, analytics, support) under contracts that ensure confidentiality and do not use the data except for the purpose of providing the service.

-- We do not sell data nor disclose it for marketing purposes to third parties without explicit consent.

11) Marketing and Messaging

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link or from the settings. This does not include necessary operational messages.

12) Amendments

We may update this policy for legal or operational considerations. We will notify of significant changes before they take effect, and continued use will constitute acceptance of the updated version.
